The project combines pro-ecological and pro-social activities. Due to the need to build social housing for the poor and in a difficult life situation, the mayor decided that the new premises should be as energy-efficient as possible. Thanks to the photovoltaic installation and energy passivity of the building construction, not only the environmental effect was obtained, but also the improvement of the economic status of the families living there.
